Refund policy

FNQ Design & Build Constructions is committed to providing our clients with exceptional service. This policy outlines the terms for returns and refunds for our services:

Pre-Purchase Building Inspections:

  • Cancellations: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled inspection will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours will be subject to a $75 cancellation fee.
  • Refunds: We offer a full refund if the inspection is not completed due to reasons on our end (e.g., inspector illness, scheduling error).
  • Dispute Resolution: If you are dissatisfied with the inspection report, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the report. We will work with you to address any concerns.

Digital House Design Plans:

  • Due to the digital nature of the product, all sales of digital house design plans are final and non-refundable.
  • Revision Policy: We offer a limited revision policy for digital house design plans. You may request up to 1 revision within 7 days of receiving the initial plan. Revisions are available but at a price estimated after a scheduled consult.
