What's Included:

The report is a visual inspection that covers the overall condition of the building. It includes the exterior of the building,

  • External walls
  • roofs
  • gutters
  • flashing
  • subfloor (if accessible)
  • fence
  • slope of land away from the building
  • footpaths
  • driveways
  • Interior walls
  • floors
  • cabinets
  • roof space
  • electrical sockets
  • ceilings
  • plumbing fixtures
  • gas connections for leaks,
  • Any other structures up to 30 meters away from the inspected building

Structures outside the 30-meter envelope can be include in the report at the client's request which will incur a price adjustment to the inspection. 

The inspection is visual and non-intrusive. This means we won't remove any building components apart to see behind them (such as inside walls).

The inspection has the potential to identify damaged or further deterioration of structural components, loose or defective fixings, potential water damage, water and gas leaks, faulty tapware, damaged wires, water pipes, and more.
